KNIT THE SEASON: A Friday Night Knitting Club novel
by Kate Jacobs

The novel continues the saga of Georgia Walker's friends, family and yarn shop, Walker & Daughter, from the original FRIDAY NIGHT KNITTING CLUB novel.

It's the holiday season at the cozy, customer friendly Walker & Daughter knitting shop located on Manhattan's Upper West Side. Walker & Daughter is now managed by mostly by Georgia Walker's daughter , Dakota, with a little help from her friends in the Friday Night Knitting Club (Lucie, KC, Darwin, Anita and Peri). The women all lead lives of their own and use the knitting shop as a central spoke to keep connected to one another.

Life goes on and these women are no exception. All of them are being pulled in different directions, especially Dakota. She is faced with the choice of career or family this holiday season.

This heartwarming, poignant novel is all about human bonds, the importance of memories, the importance of knitting, and food to bring people together. It's a wonderful read for the holidays and would make a great gift for anyone whether they knit or not! What do you think?
